Everything is handmade from one person, the artist herself. Prints, patches, & zines are ready to ship so they can be mailed in 1-3 business days. Collars are custom made to your measurement or the measurement you choose. Leather work can up to 5 business days to make and ship out but you can receive it sooner if the queue is not heavy. Shipping is USPS first class unless order goes over 1lb. Collar/Cuff set is 1lb so shipping is more expensive. Generally takes 2-5 business days to reach destination after being made.

Care Instructions for Catbutt leather work

When you first break in your collar, the leather will stretch and sometimes become slippery, which may cause the screws to move/slip. This doesn't always apply to most people, but if you're drenched in sweat, it's a good idea to tighten the screws ever so often. If you do not have a flathead screwdriver, you can use a dime. Seriously, it works. It helps prevent losing a screw. OR you can put loctite or clear nail polish on all your screws. My older collars do not have loctite on them, after having a few customers out of the many tell me they lost a screw, I went and got some loctite for y'all. I always tighten my screws and never have a problem with it coming undone even after play and sweating through mosh pits, but every person is different and how the leather wears is different.

Ordering

How do I measure myself?

Use a measuring tape or a ruler and measure a collar or garment that fits you. If your neck is 13", you should get the 12-15" collar. Leave room for extra holes to wear it tight or loose. If you want the best fit possible, provide a measurement.

Can you rush an order to have it get to me sooner?

Yes, I charge extra, generally 20% of the order. If there is a deadline/queue that cannot accommodate this, I will let you know. Email me at catbvtt@gmail.com for a rushed invoice.

Returns

All sales are final. Exchanges cannot be done. Send proper measurements if you want the best fit. If there was an error with your order please send me an email to catbvtt@gmail.com. 

Please provide accurate measurements since all the items are made to order with exceptions of prints/zines/patches.
